Both wealthy locals and savvy tourists from around the world, like Winston Churchill, Harvey Firestone, and those with similar tastes in the 1930s and 40s, were drawn to The Surf Club, as a refuge from the chaotic world.
The EB-5 Four Seasons Surf Club Phase 02 project includes 03 towers with only 53 super-luxury apartments in the Surfside area, Florida, famous for being a place for the upper class in the United States. This is the successful continuation of the EB-5 Four Seasons Surf Club Phase 01 project that went into operation in 2017 and has repaid 100 million USD of EB-5 loan capital in 2021.
