The Terraces at Tree Farm project is located in a primary market area (PMA) that is lacking supply and is forecasted to have above-average growth in housing demand for the elderly in the next three years.
The project has a total area of 14,447.35 m2, upon completion will include 72 complex apartments aimed at the A-class retirement community (adult community) along with a series of suitable amenities for the resident community here:
