Dillon Rural Luxury Apartments Project, Colorado

The project involves the development of a new building with 80 apartments, including 79,635 square feet of saleable area and 4,800 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor for a restaurant. This property is located at 240 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado.

Dillon is a year-round living destination, close to many ski resorts, including Keystone (5 minutes away) and Breckenridge (15 minutes away). This property is just a few minutes’ walk from Lake Dillon, the Dillon Amphitheater, and the Dillon Marina.

The EB-5 loan will be used to develop and construct the project. Construction has already begun and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027.

Dillon is close to 7 world-class ski resorts, just a few minutes’ drive from the slopes of Breckenridge, Keystone, Loveland, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin, and a short drive from Vail and Beaver Creek.

The EB-5 loan is secured by a first mortgage on all project assets, including land, real estate, and all project-related amenities and equipment.
Proceeds from apartment sales will be deposited into an Escrow Mortgage Account, and the owner will not receive any disbursements until the EB-5 loan is repaid.
