The Appellation Sun Valley ski resort project is being built in the city of Ketchum, Idaho – often referred to as Sun Valley. This is home to the world’s first ski lift and is a favorite winter & summer resort in the U.S. Real estate in Sun Valley has exploded recently as many Californians invest in homes here for family vacations.
The project has a total area of 3,744 m2, upon completion it will include 73 hotel rooms and 12 penthouses, along with a series of high-class resort amenities such as:

The Appellation Sun Valley project is built on Main Street at the southeast corner of State Highway 75 and River Street. Highway 75 is the main north-south axis passing through the Sun Valley area. Therefore, the Appellation Sun Valley project is located right at the gateway to the city of Ketchum and is just a walk away from restaurants, bars, gates, and attractions.
The Appellation Sun Valley project is just a 2-minute drive from the main cable car line of Sun Valley – the River Run Day Lodge Gondola and other high-speed cable lines. This will be the luxury resort hotel closest to the Bald Mountain ski line, adjacent to the famous Trail Creek line, and has a sweeping view towards the peak of Bald Mountain in the west.
Sun Valley Airport is 12 miles to the south, located in the city of Hailey, Idaho.

The experienced project development team includes Andy Blank – the main project investor, Jack Bariteau – who has developed many notable projects in downtown Ketchum, Ken Springer – a senior executive with over 25 years of success in organizing, leading and guiding teams to achieve multi-million dollar project goals, and Stuart Campbell who has successfully developed The Lodge at Blue Sky, a new luxury hotel in Utah.
