Eligibility criteria
Membership fee: starting from THB 650,000 (inclusive of VAT) for 5 years.
Hold a valid foreign (non-Thai) passport
Be legally permitted to stay in Thailand under immigration law.
Have no history of bankruptcy
Have no criminal record in any jurisdiction (except for minor offenses due to negligence).
Have no history of holding Non-ED (education), volunteer, or medical visas
Have no record of multiple overstays in Thailand.

Processing
Application Submission:
From selection to final submission, approval takes 1–3 months.
Membership Fee Payment:
After the background check, you will receive an approval letter with payment instructions. The full membership fee must be paid within 30 days.
Membership Acceptance:
Within 5 to 10 days after payment, you will receive your Thailand Privilege Membership ID and a welcome letter, granting you access to all the available privileges and benefits.
You can have your Thailand Elite Visa affixed to your passport in three ways:
