Investors can choose one of the four permitted investment forms:

Stock Market Investment:
Minimum 1m JOD invested into Jordanian equities and held for at least 3 years (may not exceed 20% ownership in any company; profit/principal may not be taken during the lockup period).
Sector-Specific Investment
Minimum 3m JOD invested into targeted industry sectors, including Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Agribusiness, Tourism, and IT.
Job Creation
Create a minimum of 150 jobs for Jordanian nationals in Amman (or 100 jobs for Jordanian nationals outside of Amman).
Existing Business Investment
Applicants with previously-established qualifying businesses in Jordan and meeting the employment requirements may apply without the need for additional investment.

Document Preparation and Fee Payment: Prepare all the required documents and pay due diligence and government fees.
Application Submission: Prepare and submit the application through an authorized agent.
Application Approval: Obtain the Jordanian passport and certificate of naturalization.
