Hungary Guest Investor Residence Permit Program
The Hungary Guest Investor Residence Permit program was established in 2007. Specifically, third-country nationals (non-European citizens) are entitled to receive a Hungarian Residence Card when they own real estate in this country from 170,000 EUR.
This is the only investment settlement program in the world where the applicant can apply for a Residence Card before investing in real estate.
