Hungary Golden Visa Program
The Hungary Golden Visa Program was officially launched in January 2024, allowing applicants to invest from just 250,000 EUR to receive a Residence Permit for the entire family.
Applicants and their families will be entitled to apply for Permanent Residency after living in Hungary for 03 years, and the investments will yield profits throughout the first 05 years of investment as required by the program.

Invest from 250,000 EUR (~6.8 billion VND) into the Real Estate Investment Fund registered with the Central Bank of Hungary
Invest in Residential Real Estate in Hungary
Invest in Residential Real Estate in Hungary from 500,000 EUR (~13.6 billion VND)
Contribute to Hungarian University
Contribute at least 1,000,000 EUR (~27.4 billion VND) to Hungarian University through a charity organization.
Process
Sign a contract with JA & Partners and choose the form of investment
JA & Partners prepare and submit the application for an investment visa for the Customer at the Hungarian Consulate
Customers receive an investment visa with a term of 02 years
