Investment
Minimum investment of 250,000 EUR (excluding VAT) in real estate in Greece. The applicant can choose to invest in 1 or more real estates.
Criminal record
Greece Golden Visa investor is not a Schengen citizen.
Clean record; no criminal record, no civil liability
Maintain Real Estate according to the program conditions
The residency card has a term of 5 years and is renewed with the condition of maintaining real estate
Processing
The investor signs a contract with JA & Partners
The investor selects real estate & makes a deposit
Signs a real estate transfer contract
Submits the application to the Greek Immigration Department
Receives the Greek Golden Visa and settles in Greece
