- Live in Spain at least 08 months each year for 05 years holding a Residence Card;
- Do not stay outside Spain more than 03 months each time.
Apply for citizenship
- Live in Spain at least 08 months each year for 10 years holding a Residence Card / Permanent Residency;
- Do not stay outside Spain more than 03 months each time;
- Currently, Spain does not recognize dual citizenship, the Applicant needs to renounce the current nationality if becoming a citizen of this country

Process
Sign a contract with JA & Partners to:
- Sign a power of attorney (POA) at the Spanish Consulate in Vietnam;
- Apply for a Personal Tax Code in Spain;
- Open a bank account in Spain;
- Deposit 10,000 EUR for real estate investment (total investment 350,000 EUR)
Choose real estate investment and pay the second real estate investment fee of 62,500 EUR
Pay the final real estate fee of 277,500 EUR to officially transfer the real estate
JA & Partners submit the application for a long-term entry visa at the Spanish Consulate
Customers are granted a long-term entry visa to Spain for 01 year, JA & Partners will submit the application for a 02-year Residence Card
Received a letter requiring fingerprinting, proceed to fly to Spain to take fingerprints and receive a 02-year
Residence Card After 02 years, entitled to renew the Residence Card if still holding Real Estate. Entitled to apply for Permanent Residency after 05 years holding a Residence Card and Entitled to apply for Citizenship the next 05 years
