LATVIA GOLDEN VISA PROGRAM
The Latvia Golden Visa program was officially launched in 2010, allowing non-EU citizens to achieve residency rights in Latvia through investment in businesses, real estate, purchase of government bonds, or depositing money in a bank.
Investors are eligible to apply for Permanent Residency after 5 years and Citizenship after holding Permanent Residency for 5 years.

The program does not limit the age, qualifications/experience as well as the language proficiency of the Investor.
Conditions to maintain Golden Visa
Maintain the investment as required by the program.
Conditions for granting Permanent Residency
Maintain the investment as required for a minimum of 05 years; Reside in Latvia for at least 183 days each year; Have a Latvian language certificate from A2 (basic level); No residency & investment requirements to maintain the Latvia Permanent Residency Card.
Conditions for granting Citizenship
Hold the Permanent Residency Card for at least 05 years; Reside in Latvia for at least 183 days each year for the last 05 years.

Invest in a business operating in Latvia
Invest in a business operating in Latvia:
- From 50,000 EUR for businesses with fewer than 50 employees;
- From 100,000 EUR for businesses with more than 50 employees;
- Businesses need to pay at least 10,000 EUR/ year in taxes.
Invest in real estate in Latvia
Invest from 250,000 EUR in real estate in Latvia.
Deposit money in a bank or buy Latvia bonds
Deposit from 280,000 EUR in a bank or buy Latvia bonds.
Processing
Sign a Service Contract (SC) with JA & Partners and choose the Investment Form as required (business, real estate, bank deposit)
The customer proceeds with the investment as required
The customer submits the application at the Latvian Consulate in Beijing
The customer receives a Residency Visa to go to Latvia
The customer goes to Latvia & has a health check & receives a Residence Card
The customer renews the Residence Card annually if the investment is still maintained
