About Entre Pass Program
The EntrePass visa program offers a pathway for entrepreneurs, high-achieving inventors, and seasoned investors to establish and run businesses in Singapore. To be eligible, the business must secure funding from venture capital funds or own innovative technology.
The initial EntrePass is valid for one year. Upon expiration, it can be renewed as follows:
- First renewal: 1 year.
- Subsequent renewals: 2 years.

Eligibility criteria
Company Registration
The business must be registered as a private limited company with ACRA.
If already registered, the company must have been operating for less than 6 months at the time of application.
Shareholding
The investor must own at least 30% of the company's shares.
Business Operations
The company must be funded by reputable investors or possess innovative technology.

- Entrepreneur: Have raised significant funding from reputable investors or are being incubated by recognized incubators/accelerators.
- Innovator: Own intellectual property, have research collaboration with a reputable organization, or possess exceptional technical expertise.
- Investor: Demonstrate substantial investment experience in businesses.
Renewal Method
First Renewal
The first renewal does NOT require TBS (Business Spending) and LWF (Job Creation).
From The 2nd To The 5th Renewal
- Business spending starting at 100,000 SGD – increasing by 100,000 SGD for each subsequent renewal.
- Creating jobs for 1 local employee with a minimum salary of 3,900 SGD – increasing by 1 employee for each subsequent renewal.
Process
The Client signs a Service Agreement with JA & Partners.
JA & Partners Verifies the Client’s Education Qualifications.
JA & Partners submits the application on the Ministry of Manpower’s portal.
The Ministry of Manpower issues an in-principle approval (IPA) letter.
The Client Enters Singapore to register for EntrePass issuance.
MOM delivers the EntrePass card to the given address.
